JV Jazz Jam: Where Everyone Can Play

The semi-annual “JV Jazz Jam” brings together jazz musicians in a relaxed environment, where the house rhythm section is femme-identifying and the tunes to be performed explicitly include less well known composers. Hosted by Nomadic Ant Jewelry in the Lincoln Square neighborhood, JVJ intends to be a supportive environment for those taking their first steps towards improvising in public.
